Billing portal

Update your payment method, download invoices, and manage subscription status.

Cancel or change plan

All plan changes go through Stripe (same portal as above).

1. Click Open billing portal.
2. In Stripe’s page, open Manage subscription (wording may vary).
3. Choose Cancel plan to stop renewal, or switch plans if offered.
4. Cancellation is usually at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then unless Stripe shows otherwise.

If you subscribed through the App Store or another channel, use that platform’s subscription settings instead — the Stripe portal only applies to web subscriptions billed through CaveFinder.
